With multimedia convergence, TV viewers are asking for more. They increasingly also want to manage their viewing time. VOD TV is your ticket to an evening filled with entertainment & first for Africa in that it is a “True Video On Demand Multimedia Offering”.

We are an ON DEMAND platform, so you get to choose what you want to watch and when you want to watch it.  This is not a linear service so you are always in control of the "schedule".

Our set top box has PVR capabilities (FFWD, RWD, PAUSE, etc), and will be able to have around 150 hours worth of content each month, which will be refreshed on a regular basis.  Simply select the program you want to watch and it will be available immediately to view, provided that there is sufficient credit available.  

The decoder is connected to the Internet so purchasing and "recharging" your account is simple and within the same environment, via our user interface.  So no need to have to search for your wallet or cell phone to make purchases or top up.

It is important to note that as a result of the security systems to protect content, the decoder will have to be activated before any content is received,  This way we are able to secure the required content from the major content suppliers internationally.
